**Depending on your insurance plan, if it had acupuncture coverage and covered services rendered by Non Participating Providers. Some may require a referral from your PCP, some may require a preauthorization.

You may use the Verification of Insurance Coverage for Acupuncture as the guideline when call the insurance company. We also will be very happy to verify acupuncture coverage for you prior you come in or when you come in for an acupuncture visit.
