*The cost may vary depending on the time and type of services you receive.

Some patients may be eligible for discounts on the costs of certain services (herbs and herbal products NOT included):

• Low Income Patients (those with annual incomes of less than $15,000 for a single person, $30,000 for a couple, or $40,000 for a family with children) may qualify for a 10% discount. Proof of income status is required – either pay stubs or previous year’s tax return.

• Currently enrolled student (picture Student ID required) may qualify for a 10% discount.

• Children age of 12 and younger (proof of age required) may qualify for a 15% discount.

• Seniors age of 65 and older (proof of age required) may qualify for a 15% discount.

Appointments are required for office visits. Late evening and weekend appointments are available upon request. Call (425) 753-3182.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Missing appointments compromises the effectiveness of the treatment. Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations, otherwise a $45 fee may be charged for late cancellation or no-show.
